1. OOC Insults and Flaming are not aloud. As long as you keep it PG-13, I will allow insults within Character.
2. Keep things PG-13. We all know the stuff, but in case some lil' kid signs up that doesn't... Keep it on the PG-13 / TV-17 line. **Nothing below the belt line** Razz

3. I DO NOT expect you to write a 3 Paragraph Single Post, write maybe a few sentences that explains what you are doing, and how.
4. Make sure you Character is not OP'd (Over Powered), he cannot have Adamant Bullets shoot from his nose if he gets mad, or he cannot have a pen disguised as a laser or anything... Keep it at least as realistic as Death Note is...
5. Act within your character, don't act like yourself, act like you character would.
6. NO CANNON CHARACTERS! NONE! NONE AT ALL!!!
7. Anyone not following these rules will receive one warning, and then a IP-Ban.
